Okay, so I've been using this product and honestly, I'm pretty impressed. It's supposed to help you burn fat while you sleep, which sounded kinda gimmicky at first, but I think it actually works!
It's packed with a ton of amino acids – like 22 different kinds, including BCAAs for my muscles after workouts. Plus, it has GABA, which helps me chill out and sleep better. I've definitely been sleeping sounder since I started taking it. And yeah, I think my metabolism has gotten a little boost, too. Nothing crazy, but I've noticed a difference.
It's made with stuff like Japanese camellia and some kind of pepper, so it feels pretty natural. The box has all these fancy certifications and mentions of medical journals, which makes me think they know what they're doing. You just take two capsules before bed, super easy.
If you're trying to get in shape and want something to help you out while you sleep, I'd say give this a shot. It's been working for me, and who doesn't love burning calories while snoozing? Just remember, everyone's different, so what works for me might not work for you. Maybe check with your doctor before you start chowing down on supplements, just to be safe.but honestly i will recommend this to my friends if they want to diet
